The goal of this MOU is to study and evaluate the stone mine in Svay Chrum, Snuol district, Kratie area.

Seeing that it had invested more and more budget but received no income from the investment, TTY Rithy Mexco Co., Ltd. decided to withdraw its shares, meaning that the remaining shares only belonged to Okhna Leng Rithy under a trade name as Sole Proprietorship. For this reason, Okhna Leng Rithy decided to establish a new company named Rithy Granite (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. and fulfilled procedures for transferring authorization from TTY Rithy Mexco Co., Ltd. to Rithy Granite (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. to take over the business and continue implementing the project with recognition from Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy on May 12, 2010 up until now.

At the same time, Rithy Granite (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. was granted by the Council for the Development of Cambodia (Cambodian Investment Board) the Final Registration Certificate for the project to establish a Granite Processing Plant, a Qualified Investment Project (QIP) at CDC through letter No. 1146/11 CDC dated June 02, 2011.

Ministry of Industry and Handicraft also authorized Rithy Granite (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. to establish the plant through Prakas (Announcement) No. 0304 U.Sor.Kor.U.PrK. 11 dated November 03, 2014 and certificate No. 0547.U.Sor.Kor.U.Vo.Bor. 11 dated November 03, 2014.

Rithy Granite (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. announced the requirements for obtaining a license for a mining well and a quarry (for granite exploitation) with the Ministry of Mines and Energy on September 22, 2015 in Svay Chreh commune, Snuol district, Kratie province on the land area of 545.84 hectares.

Currently, the Company invests more on the construction of a more sophisticated Granite Raw Materials Processing Plant which is capable to produce the raw materials on time to meet the demands of local and international customers. Additionally, granite (marble) stone has been produced and sold in the country and exported oversea since 2015 until now.
